In this case, I am sorry. The product has sold at the point of sale at the same time. Nevertheless, the customer was informed via email that the money has been refunded. Additionally, the customer asked us to refund the postage paid for the delivery of the second ordered product. And, even tough, we had to pay the postage we refunded the money.
