We strive to ensure that all orders are dispatched promptly, and as far as we can tell, your order was sent out on the first day following the weekend, right on schedule. Unfortunately, once the package is in transit, the events that occur are beyond our control. We always encourage our customers to reach out to us directly via phone or email so that we can address and resolve any issues with the delivery service, in this case GLS, as quickly as possible. At this point, we regret to inform you that there is little we can do to alter the situation that has already occurred. Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Sie haben absolut recht, dass wir die Bestellung ein paar Tage zu spät verschickt haben. Sie haben mit einer Lieferzeit von 5-10 Werktagen bestellt, aber leider mussten wir etwas länger auf die Lieferung vom Hersteller warten. Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten.
